Bozman Lobby Atrium Renovation, Arlington, VA

The Bozman Government Center Lobby/Atrium Renovation Project consists of a renovation of floors from G3 to the 3rd floor common areas. Common areas are defined as core spaces such as lobbies, the atrium, corridors, hallways, 9th floor breakroom, etc.. This will also include the addition of a number of conference rooms throughout common areas. The renovation ranges from new finishes to complete demo of existing spaces and creation of new spaces such as the new Library, various conference and huddle rooms and lastly our 9th floor breakroom. The greatest challenge of this project is completion of the work with as little impact to the buildings existing workforce that maintain most of the key functions of County Government. Therefore, the need for the strict noise and smell requirements that your will read about in the project documents. It is imperative that the contractor performing the work has extensive experience with government coordination, occupied buildings, challenging construction phasing, phasing and sequence modification without delay to the project and the ability to run work on multiple shifts.
