Description
This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Blast Chiller Refrigeration Equipment Repair Services. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the Lump Sum Service Rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, tools, materials, staff, equipment, nonconsumable supplies, transportation (including travel and per diem), and every other item of expense necessary to provide the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Mule Creek State Prison (MCSP), located at 4001 Highway 104, Ione, CA 95640. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
