Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Facility Planning, Construction and Management requests the submittal of qualifications from interested Design-Build Entities to provide services for the following phases: preliminary plans, working drawings, bidding, construction and commissioning for the replacement or repair of the Fire Alarm System and its components; and the five-year inspection testing, maintenance or repair of the Overhead Fire Suppression Systems as necessary throughout the institution and its support buildings. The scope of work for the Project includes the replacement or repair of the fire alarm system and its components; and the five-year inspection, testing, maintenance or repair of the overhead fire suppression systems as necessary throughout the institution and its support buildings.
