Description
Work on this project includes asphalt parking lot resurfacing and concrete sidewalk improvements at Poplar Avenue from Colfax Street to Livingston Street and asphalt path removal and replacement with grading modifications to improve drainage at Lovelace Park. Bidders must be prequalified by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and present an IDOT issued “Certificate of Eligibility” with the bid proposal. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
