Description

The work of this contract will be performed at the building serving as the program site for the Homelessness Response Center program (HRC building) and the building exteriors and walkways in the block on which the building is located. The HRC building is located at 1401 Imperial Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101. The Janitorial Cleaning Services that are the subject of this contract, will be provided on all three floors of the HRC building, building exteriors and the block surrounding the building. The total area to be cleaned is approximately 22,073 square feet, not including building exteriors and walkways in the one-block radius surrounding the building. Prevailing wages apply.
