Description
The Contractor shall supply all materials, equipment, labor, services, and transportation required to perform the work to combine the two existing bathrooms into one UFAS compliant bathroom and removing the existing kitchen cabinets and installing Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) compliant cabinets. The cabinets shall be Shaker style HUD approved severe use cabinets as referenced in paragraph 3 or “or equal”. You may use a local vendor that can meet the HUD standards. All cabinets must bear the KCMA A161.1 stamp. Cabinets and counter tops shall be constructed of solid lumber and/or exterior grade plywood with wood veneer core, no particleboard, flake board, fiberboard, hardboard, or engineered wood not allowed.
