This contract provides for improvements to Washington Avenue, Pacific Avenue, Burwell St, 1st St, 2nd St, and Austin Dr and includes, but is not limited to, temporary traffic control, hydroblasting existing pavement markings, illumination, traffic signal systems, permanent signing, and pavement marking, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
