Description
Scope of Work: Provide permit from local building department as required. Remove existing lightning rods that penetrate the wood substrate. Remove existing roof layer down to decking. Remove existing gutter and replace with new after roof install (6'' Seamless White Aluminum). Remove existing cupola and replace with matching roof material. Remove and dispose of all roof related debris from project site. Install self-adhered underlayment over entire roof deck. Re-flash large exhaust fan, replace cricket behind unit using matching flat sheet of metal. Install 3" x 3" roof edge (match existing color). Install 24g Galvalume 5v Metal roof system (PETINA GREEN Kynar Finish w/Striations) fastened every 12'' O.C. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
