Description
The project consists of the complete reconstruction of 1st St Court, 2nd St Court, and a portion of 27th Ave to a combined paved street with curb and gutter, watermain & water service replacement, storm sewer replacement, driveway replacement, and other applicable work. Bid options for PCC pavement and HMA pavement are included. Work quantities include, but not limited to, approximately 1,490 LF of 8” watermain, 526 LF of storm sewer replacement, 4,418 SY of pavement with curb and gutter, driveway replacement and other related construction items. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
