Clivus Septic Repair- Hart Miller Island State Park, Baltimore Co., MD

This project shall consist of the Contractor providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, etc., necessary to conduct Clivus septic repairs located within Hart-Miller Island State Park, coordinates 39.25321, -76.36714, in Baltimore County. The project will be taking place on an island where traffic is not accessible. DNR will provide boat access during the pre-bid conference meeting and pre-construction meeting only. The Contractor is responsible for arranging and paying for all other boat access to the island. The work site is located approximately one mile from the Hart Miller Island boat dock. During Construction the Contractor may anchor or beach their boat at the main beach area. If the Contractor wants to dock at the pier 1 mile away from the work site, they will need to arrange it with an MES personnel with a boat no larger than 25’. During Construction the Contractor must comply with all required actions if they encounter a suspect munition. The work shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the start date of the contract.
