Description
The location of the work is: 1040 East Sugarmont Drive. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities,
services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Concrete and rock bank removal, riprap or rock lining, stream substrate rock, gravel filter, granite boulder reconstruction of stream bank, construction of vortex rock weir, stepping stones. Bid alternates include concrete walk, mowcurb, modification of irrigation system, planting and installation of elevated boardwalk. Bonds required.
