Description
Interior office renovation of approx. 2,090 SF & 1,344 DF addition. Demolition of existing items, including exterior walls, roof structure, flooring, base ceiling, casework, storefront, and any other items. New exterior concrete masonry walls with face brick veneer & roof structure consisting of wood trusses and an asphalt shingle roof system. New hollow metal door frames with hollow metal doors, hollow metal door frames with wood doors, and aluminum framed storefront, complete with door hardware, and glazing. New metal stud & drywall wall construction with acoustical ceilings with drywall bulkhead as indicated on ceiling plan. Flooring to include sheet carpeting. Painting as indicated on drawing and new exterior signage. Includes plumbing, HVAC, electrical. Technology work.
