Description
Furnish all materials, supplies, transportation, labor and equipment necessary to maintain a complete landscape/grounds maintenance program in accordance with these contract specifications and all applicable
federal, state and local laws and regulations for property located at 2813 Skye Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28303. The laws and grounds includes all agency owned grounds and adjoining highway right-of-ways up to paved asphalt, curb gutter and neighboring property lines. Services are to be performed once per week except on holidays or when weather prevents service from being completed that day. Available work hours are between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Vendor must contact the FSU Environmental Services Manager in advance for approval to change weekly service day and/or time, and prior to the application of any chemicals, fertilizers and weed control substances. Insurance Required.
