Description
The Project consists of: Kitchen and bathroom upgrades (new cabinets, counters, fixtures, electrical updates), selective door replacement, exterior improvements (asphalt paving repairs, ADA concrete ramp and railing repairs, selective fence replacement), renovation of existing ADA unit to make it fully accessible (kitchen & bath upgrades). General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of General Building Construction.
