Work covered by these documents consists of construction of 1,994 Linear Feet of 18-inch sewer, 42 Linear Feet of 16-inch sewer, 12 each of manholes, 28 Linear Feet of bore and jack 30-inch casing and 6,100 SY of resurfacing. The construction begins at the cul-de sac at the south end of East Lake Trail and proceeds along East Lake Trail to the intersection of Fountain Lake Drive then proceeding northeast in fountain Lake Drive for 188 feet then proceeding perpendicular to Fountain Lake Drive for 35 feet then parallel to Fountain Lake Drive for 57 feet then proceeding north along a creek for 42 feet then ending with connection to existing manhole. The Contract Time shall be two hundred forty (240) consecutive calendar days from the said date of commencement as defined in the Notice to Proceed to substantial completion and an additional thirty (30) consecutive calendar days to final completion for a total construction time of two hundred seventy (270) consecutive calendar days from the commencement date as defined in the Notice to Proceed.
