Description

The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes the following work to be done: Interior renovation of a portion of the existing Transit Station facility and exterior installation of an emergency generator and enclosure. Interior renovations include the removal of the existing transaction window, selected office partitions, doors and finishes in the subject area and construction of a new transaction window and additional office spaces, installation of new doors, windows, lighting, and finishes throughout the renovated area and all other work as defined. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
