Description
Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The project work consists of dredging shoal material from the Alafia River Channel and Turning Basin. Material will be disposed into DMPF-3D which is located south of Alafia River Channel. The required project depth is 33 and 34 feet with one foot of allowable overdepth. Site dewatering shall take place at DMPF-3D during disposal operations and continue until the requirements of Section 35 20 23 DREDGING have been met. Work also includes the repair of the north weir outfall pipe on DMPF-3D, environmental species monitoring, turbidity monitoring, bird monitoring, and overall management of disposal operations at DMPF-3D.
