Description
Remove and replace the existing HVAC multi-zone air handling unit, electronic controls, coils, condensers, and other associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components associated with the HVAC system. The work of this contract includes all labor, materials, and equipment required to successfully complete the replacement of HVAC and Electrical systems and other repair work in accordance to attached specifications and drawings. Contractor shall have experience in working with historic structures and conforming to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. The Contractor must be skilled and experienced in installation HVAC and Electrical systems in historic structures. Bonds & prevailing wages apply.
