Description
The Rowayton Elementary School B Wing Roof Replacement Project consists of the Removal and Replacement of the B wing section of the Rowayton Elementary School Roof. The Roof is composed of Asphalt Shingles on wood sheathing and has reached the end of it useful life. Roofing material shall be removed in its entirety down to sheathing. A unit price has been included in this bid for the removal and replacement of unsuitable sheathing with new sheathing. Please reference the project Plans and Specifications for full details of the project. Project schedule is begin July 15, 2021 and complete by August 25, 2021. Deadline for questions is June 15, 2021 by 2:00pm. Bonds and prevailing wages
