The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to renovate approximately 1,900 square foot of Veterans Benefit Administration Office space. This office space will include a waiting area, check-in, a conference room, multiple workstations, a private supervisor office and four (4) counselor offices. This project will include demolition and new construction of existing systems. This includes new electrical power and LED light fixtures, HVAC systems, data/voice, and interior finishes.
