Description

Sealed bids will be received by the County Commissioners of Allegany County, Cumberland, Maryland for the purchase of 317,426 gallons, plus or minus 25-percent variance of CRS2-PM Emulsified Asphalt. The County Commissioners of Allegany County, Maryland reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to select the bid best suited for use by the Allegany County Department of Public Works-Roads Division and to purchase such quantities of Emulsified Asphalt during the period from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, not to exceed 25-percent variance from the quantity above specified.
