Description
The Village of Clarendon Hills is developing a new park on the southwest corner of Prospect Avenue and Burlington Avenue in Downtown Clarendon Hills. The park, identified as Burlington Plaza, includes berm and bioswale elements, an ‘urban forest’ and other landscaping improvements, as well as decorative paving, fencing, seating and other architectural elements. The project also includes the reconstruction of the adjacent alley and sidewalk improvements. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
