It is the intent of Pasco County and these specifications to obtain the services of a licensed/certified vendor to provide comprehensive hardware and software, full service inspections, cleaning, testing, certification, preventative maintenance, general maintenance, programming, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repairs, reporting, replacements, call-out responses, and emergency responses to meet all applicable standards for maintaining fire and security alarm systems in selected facilities within Pasco County.
