The City of Oxford (City) seeks proposals from solar energy developers (Respondents) to lease approximately 20 acres of land at the closed City of Oxford sanitary landfill at 945 S. Main St., (the Site), to install, own, operate, and maintain thereon, a community solar photovoltaic (PV) energy system (Solar Energy System or System).
