Description
Emergency repair work in two specific areas: to stabilize a recent rip-rap stabilization project which was completed in 2019. The stream has downcut along the existing rep-rap and undermined the toe. There has also been a loss of fines/gravel behind a small portion of the rip-rap. The enclosed scope of work, which was prepared by the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), details an 8’ toe stabilization treatment which will protect the toe of rip-rap and provide additional stabilization/armoring of the existing project. Questions regarding this request for proposal shall be submitted via the ‘Clarifications” feature no later than Friday, June 18, 2021, 5:00 P.M. EST.
The Contractor shall deliver services on the date of commencement as defined above and achieve substantial completion on or before October 31, 2021. Bonds and Prevailing Wages.
