The work for this Project involves, but is not limited to: Clearing and grubbing, site demolition, tree removal, approximately 2975 S.Y. of asphalt parking lot, 90 C.Y. of shoulder rock, 505 SF of sidewalk, 160 LF of concrete valley gutter, storm drainage infrastructure, ditches and retention pond grading, fenced trash enclosure and vehicle parking, installation of signage, striping, parking lot lighting and related work. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
