Parking Lot & Drainage Improvements Project, Myrtle Creek, OR

The project consists of the following major items of construction: Construct new parking lot improvements, including demolition of majority of asphalt concrete, curb islands, existing water service pipelines and fire hydrants, storm drainage pipe and catch basins, light poles and bases, curb, sidewalk and curb. Provide new base construction, aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement, construction of a new access road, concrete sidewalk, standard curb, curb and gutter, concrete valley gutter, catch basins, pavement markings, lighting, striping, signage and miscellaneous items, including ADA compliant parking. Construct surfacing and access infrastructure around a recently constructed Practice Facility, including new sidewalk, access ramps, parking, curb and handrail. Construct new water and storm drainage infrastructure, including new waterlines, valve vaults, irrigation piping and valve boxes, reinstatement of existing water service, pressure reducing valve assembly, fire hydrants, backflow assembly.
