Description
Must be prequalified. In general, the project consists of installation of approximately 119 access points on (36) buildings across the main campus to provide uninterrupted wireless connectivity. The installation of mounting brackets provided by SJSU and the associated penetrations on exterior of buildings in designated locations, the supply and install of two CAT6e cables from each access point location to IT Closet/IDF in each building. The scope of work includes waterproof building penetrations and fire caulk in designated fire rated assemblies, testing of cables and delivery of reports as required by referenced standards in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Salas O’Brien Engineers.
