Replacement and/or modification of non-accessible components in existing restrooms and drinking fountains to be accessible. Project components include, but are not limited to: Removal and reinstallation of items indicated on drawings, protection of existing site and building components to remain, salvage and reinstallation of existing building components as necessary for the execution of other work, selective demolition, and adjustment/installation of lavatories, water closets, toilet room accessories, and partitions. On-site construction shall be phased to accommodate building activities, operations, and access utilizing a combination of regular and off-hours schedules. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
