Description
The Bureau of Engineering (BOE), Department of Public Works (DPW), City of Los Angeles (City) is requesting the submittal of Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)s from experienced contractors to provide demolition and related services on an on-call basis for various public works projects, including emergency and urgent necessity projects. Services may include, but are not limited to demolition, site preparation including debris removal and earthwork, coordination and removal of utilities, hazardous materials abatement, removal of underground structures, fencing and securing of project sites, salvaging of materials, and other related work on existing buildings, structures, and other facilities owned or planned for development by the City.
