East 14th Street Roadway Improvements, Rome, GA

This project consists of roadway improvements including drainage improvements, installation of curb & gutter, leveling/widening and paving of approximately 750 linear feet of East 14th Street and Bobo Street including the construction of a new cul-de-sac meeting City of Rome Standards. Construction will also include a new rear entrance approximately 400 feet long for East Central Elementary School which connects to the new cul-de-sac at the terminus of Bobo Street. Said drive will include associated drainage structures, curb & gutter, and a paved roadway connecting to the existing parking lot. Two handicap ramps are required at the intersection of East 14th Street and Dean Avenue and are required to be constructed in full and complete compliance with GDOT Standard Details as well as current ADA requirements.
