Description
Construct a wall dimensions 20’ 8”x 9’10”. The wall shall be constructed with 16Ga
steel studs and the sheathing shall be 5/8” drywall. The wall shall have a 36” steel framed solid wood door centered and two 48”x48” safety glass windows centered on either side of the door The finished wall shall be painted with a semi-gloss paint, color Swiss coffee and have 4” brown cove base installed. Run conduit from the ceiling into the new wall to install a receptacle on each side and a mud ring for a communication connection.
