This project shall include the following: Installation of a cast-in-place concrete memorial wall and associated concrete walk, clay brick paver, and granite stone paver surfacing with memorial in-ground markers. Additionally, the project includes brick veneer retaining and free-standing seat walls with precast caps and concrete steps with handrails. The project shall also include installation of new site and accent lighting and associated underground electricity and meter, a new gas flame lantern and associated underground gas service and meter, new irrigation water line with meter and backflow preventer, and new stormwater facilities. The project includes removal of existing trees, clear and grubbing, and grading. The project shall also include installation of plant material and new site furnishings including flag poles. The project shall also include removal of a portion of existing curb and gutter and installation of an accessible ramp and two accessible parking spaces in the existing parking lot. Bonds
