Supply of Hot Mix Asphalt & Sand, Osceola County, FL

This solicitation is to contract the purchase of Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete products and the purchase of silica sand at a per ton price. The Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete products and the silica sand shall be purchased from the successful bidder on an as needed basis, therefore it is understood by the bidder that no warranty is given or implied as to the quantities that will be purchased daily. The awarded Contractor shall provide to the County all necessary materials, expertise and equipment to supply Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete products and silica sand; meeting or exceeding the specifications herein.
