General Contractors must demonstrate the satisfactory completion, as a prime general engineering contractor, of at least three (3) similar projects within the last eight (8) years of water or wastewater treatment facilities with one (1) project having ion exchange (IX) and/or one (1) project having granular activated carbon (GAC), as follows: A. Contract Type: Public Works B. Construction Type: Advanced Water or Wastewater treatment, with at least one project utilizing ion exchange and/or granular activated carbon C. Dollar value: $10 million or greater D. Materials and equipment: Treatment vessels (GAC or Ion Exchange), valves, pumping systems, motors, piping, bag filters and storage tanks. E.
