Description
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform Caulking Services for City of Phoenix as stated herein. Contractor shall furnish and install interior and exterior wall joint sealant weatherproofing according to specifications provided in this scope of work and industry standards at various city-owned facilities. Work shall include, but not be limited to, vertical and horizontal expansion joints up to 1", control joints up to 1", and joints were two dissimilar materials are joined (ex: window and door to wall joints, metal to concrete lintel joints, pipe penetrations, etc.) Work shall include removal and replacement of existing sealant/backer rod, removal/disposal of existing materials as necessary and joint surface preparations.
