Description
This project consists of constructing two right-turn lanes at Freight Station Road at the Port Authority Bayport Container Terminal one connecting eastbound traffic onto Port Road, and the second connecting to an existing U-turn lane under Port Road Bridge and merging onto westbound lanes of Port Road. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. SBE 24% goals.
