Terminal D End of Life Electrical & Mechanical Systems, DFW Airport, Dallas, TX

The Work of this Contract is comprised of the following scope tasks within and near Terminal D: 1. Replacement of three (3) loading dock levelers, six (6) dock lock (truck restraint) safety devices, and all associated equipment for the existing six loading dock bays on the service level. 2. Replacement of seventy-one (71) radiant heat units in the ramp work areas. 3. Replacement of the crosswalk safety light system located on the arrival and departure levels between the parking garage and the terminal building near entrance at Gate D31. 4. Refurbishment/replacement of the landside lighting system around the Terminal D parking garage, including roadway accent, planter boxes, arrivals level canopy lights, and sculpture display areas near the entrance at Gate D22. 5. Provide down lighting and additional accent lighting at the entrance to the Terminal D garage building at the approach road on arrivals level Construction will be outside the Airport’s Air Operations Area (AOA).
