The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Renovations and repairs to Building 505 (South Texas Lab) of the Rio Grande State Center including the expansion of existing BioSafety Lab level-2 and -3 spaces, a roof replacement, new rooftop HVAC equipment, exterior wall and window modifications, and miscellaneous repairs to existing interior finishes. Abatement of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) to be completed as required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
