Janitorial and Maintenance Services, Las Vegas, NV

The Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Division of Public and Behavioral Health Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services (SNAMHS), is soliciting proposals for provision of janitorial services for administration and outpatient areas at: 6161 W. Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89146, Buildings 1, 2, and 3A. Janitorial services will be provided for Administrative Building 1, with square footage of 30,000; Building 2, with square footage of 7,600; and Building 3A, with square footage of 10,700, for a total of 48,300 sq. ft. Monthly meetings will be required with SNAMHS Janitorial Supervisors and Vendor’s assigned designee to ensure required performance. All cleaning services shall be provided Monday through Friday between 5:30 p.m. and 12 midnight; hours for cleaning on Saturdays and Sundays will be from 6:30 p.m. to 12 Midnight.
