Description
District Corporation Yard expansion at 3990 Main St, Oakley, CA. The Design-Build Project consists of building and site improvements on a 1.42 acre parcel adjacent to the existing Diablo Water District Corporation Yard. Office/ Shop Building: 14,600 s.f. (approximate) pre-engineered metal building intended to house offices, training room, locker rooms, shop space, and other support spaces. Covered Equipment Structure: 3,500 s.f. unenclosed pre-engineered metal building system (roof only). Site improvements including parking areas, concrete flatwork, outdoor employee break area with perimeter CMU seat wall, infiltration swales, landscaping, connections to public utilities and other work. Bonds, Prevailing Wages and DBE participation.
