Description
Description of project: provide utility needs and space layouts for new MOCVD tool and all associated equipment, define connection details for contractor and tool vendor, and provide new fume hood and lab storage cabinets Code assessment on chemical and gas quality, in relation to MAQ for the control area in which this lab space exists. Work at the site shall be started within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance
of written authorization to proceed and shall achieve substantial completion of the project
no later than November 22, 2021. Bonds and prevailing wages
