Description
Construction for lab renovation that will include a new room for "dirty" shop work and hook up of a water jet machine. Infrastructure utilities will require changes to support the new room and owner provided lab equipment. Work at the site shall be started within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance of written authorization to proceed and shall achieve substantial completion of the project no later than October 29, 2021.
