Description
The required Work for this Project will generally consist of the complete removal of the
existing membrane roof system and the replacement with a TPO membrane roof system,
to include all carpentry, insulation, flashing, metal doors and frames, painting, and all
associated Work. Q&A due by 3pm, 6/22/21. SBE GFE required. Bonds required.
