Qualification of General Contractors, Housing Renovations, Norfolk, VA

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select and pre-qualify up to three (3) General Contractors (Contractor) in order to establish a pool of contractors to bid on as needed services for Renovation and/or Repair of 12 NRHA Scattered Sites Homes. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, supplies, parts, equipment, transportation, record documentation, and other associated work and responsibilities necessary to perform contracting services. Services shall include, but not be limited to: general maintenance, updating kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting fixtures, roof repair/replacements, installing new HVAC units, electrical, plumbing, painting, fence projects, and landscaping. Services under this contract shall not exceed two years unless authorized by NRHA. Q&A due by 6/24/21. Prevailing wages apply.
