Description

This Program comprises two separate, centralized groundwater treatment facilities via two projects: (1) for Moreno Valley wells and (2) for the Southeast Moreno Valley wells. The Program facilities are being 50 percent funded by a grant from the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) that has strict schedule requirements to have all facilities constructed and operational by March 2023. EMWD has identified certain equipment as having a Long Lead time and wishes to select this equipment and obtain approved submittals in parallel with final design and selection of a General Contractor.
