Description
The Work consists of the re-roofing the entire MDPD Off-Site Maintenance Facility at the 7707 SW 107 Avenue, Miami FL 33183. Work includes, and is not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, services, supervision, tools, equipment, and all other items necessary for the removal of all existing roofing, roofing underlayment and roofing insulation and the proper disposal thereof, and the preparation and protection of the exposed substrate, the installation of new roof insulation, underlayment, roofing plies, cap sheet, all new stainless steel metal, scuppers, drip flashing, and coping caps. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
