Work includes the installation of approximately 1,950 feet of 8-inch water main, 350 feet of power conduit, and 350 feet of communication conduit; construction of a new aggregate base for a future paved road; and other associated Work. The Project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances necessary to perform the Work. Two additive alternatives have been identified that include approximately 1,950 feet of additional water main line and 1,275 feet of additional sewer main line that may be awarded at the option of the Owner.
