Description
Removal and disposal of the existing roof down to the existing metal decks. Installation
of new mechanically attached and adhered flat and tapered thermal insulation, adhered ½ inch insulation protection layer and adhered thermoplastic membrane. The total roof area is approximately 46,765 square feet. Daily operations to all three facilities shall not be impeded or disrupted during the construction process. Any request to disrupt daily operations must be approved in writing at least 2 business days before the schedule disruption, in writing by Rockingham County. The work shall be substantially complete within 60 calendar days from the start date identified in the "Notice to Proceed" as issued by the Engineer. Insurance Required. Bonds.
