Description
Contractor shall provide trash services. Contractor shall provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, trash and recycle bins, equipment, transportation, and incidentals, and to pay all associated costs, fees, and taxes, necessary to provide trash and recycling collection, hauling, and disposal services for the Sand Hills Safety Roadside Rest Area (SRRA) within Imperial County.
